How it works
From a three-minute scan to better meetings
LeaderPact helps a leadership team of 4 to 15 people see how it really works, then improve it meeting by meeting. It starts with a free scan any leader can run without a consultant.

Step 1: Take the Leadership Team Scan
Twelve questions in about three minutes, with no account. Your personal view appears right after the last answer.
- Available now
Step 2: Invite your group
One link for the whole group. A counter shows how many have answered, never who.
- Available now
Step 3: Read the team view together
When the scan closes, the whole group sees level and agreement per theme. It opens only with at least four answers.
- Available now
Step 4: Take the Leader Profile
A personality profile for leaders, in a quick and a full length. It is private to you until you choose to share it.
- Available now
Step 5: Agree a charter
Purpose, team tasks and working agreements, in numbered versions. The leader drafts it, and the group agrees it.
- Available now
Step 6: Run the full diagnostic
72 questions across 21 scales and 3 outcomes, answered anonymously. Every scale shows level, agreement and one standing.
- Available now
Step 7: Choose focus areas
At most two at a time, each with actions that have an owner and a due date.
- Available now
Step 8: Meet with purpose
Agendas where every item has a desired outcome and a team task. The meeting runs live, and open actions appear on the next agenda.
- Available now
Step 9: Measure again
A short pulse every few weeks, and a new diagnostic after six months. A change shows only when it is large enough to mean something.

- For the organisation
A leadership group that works as one

- Research-based, not yet validated, and every score says so.
What sets it apart?
From results to meetings
The loop links assessment and meetings. A focus area becomes actions with owners, and every open action appears on the next agenda.
The evidence is shown
Every scale names how strong its research is, and that rating sets how firmly the advice is worded.
Anonymous by construction
An answer is never stored with a person. Results open at close, and only with at least four answers.
Honest labels
Every score says Research-based, not yet validated. Nothing claims more than is true today.
Who is it for?
The person who leads a leadership team of 4 to 15: a chief executive, a managing director, or a division or department head. Each member of that team usually leads a team of their own, and can run the same scan with it.
What does it cost?
The Leadership Team Scan, the team view and the Leader Profile are free, for one group. The charter, the Full diagnostic, focus areas, meetings and pulses are part of the Team plan. A group’s leader can try it for 14 days.
Where should you start?
Take the scan yourself first: it takes about three minutes. If the picture is worth sharing, invite your group with one link, and read the team view together when the scan closes.
